Zen and the Art of Being Over Whelmed

Zen and the Art of Being Over Whelmed
·      There are times when our life’s circumstances do not offer us the opportunity of sustained concentration or focus.
·      That is, life is so full of happenings that it distracts us from the problems we think we are facing with more and more problematic situations that need our attention...
·      I mean Life just does not suspend itself for a moment, so we can catch up and enjoy the day or appreciate the landscape of our existence... Ever Notice This One?
·      It is the mind and the belief structure it contains, that drives us from situation to situation ... from experience to experience ... doing the doing and being bothered by the situations we seem stuck in ...
·      Stuck in and sometimes, if not most often, stuck in places we never wanted to be in and in situations that we never would have considered as possible for us to be stuck in, in the first place ...
·      In places that require us to make journeys we would never have dreamt of ... under conditions that we may find as not pleasant at all ...
·      But there it is What It Is That Needs To Be Done Next... If we are paying attention!
